Marilu DiTroia

Marilu Ditroia is a 20 year Fitness industry veteran, who believes in the use of free weights, kettlebells, suspension training, medicine balls, and cables in giving her clients the best sessions possible, with workouts designed to be equally effective regardless of fitness level or experience. Mary Lou has created and taught her own fitness programs in Group and Personal training over her career, most notably, Chizel only taught exclusively at W Fitness Club.
