Personal Trainer and Creator of Bottoms Up which is exclusively taught here at W Fitness Club. She is passionate about weight loss and effecting positive and healthy changes to the mind and body. Kasia made an astounding metamorphosis in her own life, by losing 70 lbs and she understands that diet alone is not enough to achieve lasting weight loss alongside optimum health. She recently competed in her first fitness bikini competition.
